Grind the freeze-dried berries to a fine powder in two batches. Let dust settle before opening. If using raspberries, sift the powder through a fine stainless-steel sieve and discard the trapped seeds.
Measure the softened homemade coconut butter, raw honey, homemade vanilla, and sea salt into a small bowl. Melt the cocoa butter gently over low heat, then measure exactly 1/3 cup of the clear liquid.
Add the berry powder and melted cocoa butter to the bowl. Stir firmly until the mixture is evenly berry-pink and glossy with no dry powder, white coconut-butter lump, honey streak, or clear oil ring.
Spread the mixture in one thin even layer in the prepared shallow dish. Smooth obvious ridges without repeatedly working the surface.
Freeze at least 25 minutes, until rigid through the center. Lift out the sheet and chop into small irregular chips and shards. Keep cold.
