Method
- Use bananas that were fully ripe and brown-spotted before peeling. Freeze the peeled banana pieces until solid.
- Pour the coconut cream into the BN801 pitcher. Add the homemade vanilla, exactly eight blackberries, and the three frozen bananas. Add the optional measured cup of ice only for the two-serving stretch.

- Lock the lid and blend until evenly pale purple, thick, and uniform, with no banana chunks or white coconut streaks. Fine blackberry-seed flecks remain. If fruit stalls, stop the motor completely, scrape down with the spatula, replace the lid, and blend again. The used blades, shaft, and pitcher walls should be visibly coated.

- Pour or spoon into one large glass and serve immediately. If the optional ice was used, divide between two smaller glasses.
Notes
Full GAPS: Use after raw fruit, fully ripe banana, blackberries, coconut, and homemade vanilla are individually tolerated.
Coconut cream: Do not harvest cream from canned coconut milk. Use a qualifying organic product with no gum, starch, sugar, carrageenan, flavoring, or other non-GAPS additive.
Optional ice: This recipe makes one rich shake. Adding the measured cup of ice makes two lighter servings.
Storage: Serve immediately while the frozen banana keeps the shake thick and cold.
